GraceWell has expanded into Queensland, and our State Manager, Niki Lubbe, is leading this exciting growth. Originally founded in Adelaide, GraceWell continues to grow while staying true to its people-first values. Niki brings a wealth of experience in recruitment and plays a pivotal role not only in managing all recruitment activity across Queensland but also in overseeing national candidate management. Her commitment to building genuine relationships, her meticulous approach, and her deep understanding of client and candidate needs make her an invaluable part of the GraceWell team. Niki embodies our people-first philosophy, ensuring every interaction is thoughtful, supportive, and focused on long-term success.
We are also set up to work nationally across Australia, with the infrastructure, systems, and trusted networks in place to support clients and candidates in metro, regional, and remote locations.
